A different way forward

Success and well-being were never meant to be opposing choices.

Many capable people have learned to succeed through pressure, fear, comparison or relentless self-demand. It can work—until it doesn’t. Love First offers a more sustainable source of energy for doing meaningful work and becoming who you want to be.

Does this sound familiar?

You are accomplishing a great deal, but the way you are doing it no longer feels sustainable.

You do not need less ambition. You need a healthier relationship with ambition—and with yourself.

01

You are successful on paper, but depleted in practice.

The pace, pressure or responsibility leaves too little room for recovery, relationships and joy.

02

Your inner critic has become your primary coach.

You know how to push yourself, but not always how to support yourself through challenge.

03

You want your effort to mean something.

Achievement alone is no longer enough; you want your work and life to reflect what you value most.

04

You are ready to change the pattern, not merely manage the symptoms.

You want practices you can use when life becomes demanding—not another burst of short-lived motivation.

A guiding belief
“What I’ve seen time and time again is that optimizing our potential doesn’t necessarily require grinding harder than the next person. Instead, it’s about changing the relationships in our lives—beginning with the most important one: the relationship we have with ourselves.”
— Jason Dorland

Client experiences

What changes when the work becomes personal.

Healthy high performance begins with the human being—not the role, title or expectation.

“Their work focused on me the human as opposed to me the employee or me the leader. They supported me in writing my next chapter as a healthy, balanced human.”
Kiel PetersonGlobal Head of Customer Growth, AnyRoad
“I couldn’t say enough positive things about Robyn and Jason. Their coaching helped me become more self-aware and genuinely more comfortable in front of people. The process was challenging, but incredibly rewarding.”

Common questions

Before you decide.

How much time should I set aside each week?

Plan for one 90-minute live session, 20–25 minutes of guided video lessons, and a short daily Love Score™ check-in. Reflection and workbook time can be adapted to your schedule.

Do I need to attend the live sessions?

The live experience is central to the program. It creates the conversation, accountability and connection that make this more than a self-paced course. Choose this cohort only if you can participate consistently.

Is this therapy?

No. Love First is a coaching and educational program. It supports reflection, well-being and sustainable performance, but it is not a substitute for medical care, counselling or mental-health treatment.

Who—and how many—will be in the group?

The program is designed for high-achieving professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, educators and coaches who want a healthier and more human way to perform. To protect the intimacy, trust and quality of the experience, each group will include no more than 10 participants.

Can my organization sponsor my place?

Yes. We can provide the information your organization needs to consider professional-development support.

Are payment options available?

Yes. You may pay securely online by card or send an e-transfer to jason@yourmindset.ca. All advertised fees include applicable taxes. A payment arrangement may also be available by request.

People come for the content and stay for the community.

The lessons give us a shared language. The live conversations, honest reflection and encouragement from others are often where the deepest learning takes root.
